Specializing in organic garden products including seeds and compost, look out for some special Festival offers. Open from 9am till 5.30 pm.
Lambridge House, London Road
This large varied garden which runs from the road to the river is reputed to have one of the largest tulip trees in Britain as well as a large wellingtonia. It’s a blossoming garden at this time of year, with apple, pear, damson, wisteria and magnolia showing their colours. TEAS SERVED
Hillview Studio, 12 Hillview Road. Access by steps only.
The small garden of an artist designed using the ancient Japanese principle of shakkei (borrowed landscape) and planted for all year round interest. This year’s changes include new hard landscaping, structural hedges and perennial and grass planting. Seating and original sculptures in various materials throughout the garden.
The Ferns and Garden Cottage, Deadmill Lane

The ornamental elements include a giant fennel (8 feet tall) the fedge (woven willow hedge) will be just waking up and the quince might be flowering. Come and chat about compost and dealing with snails.

Larkhall Allotments
Large allotments with numerous plots. Cute sheds and Wendy Houses. Plenty of sowings e.g. spring cabbage. One of the best plots is Sue Johnson’s, like a cottage garden, at far top corner.
